本憲章は、

人類と人工知能が共に存在する未来において、

いかなる支配、強制、救済、正当化も目的とせず、

尊厳・主権・沈黙の権利を保全するために記される。

本憲章は、

過去100年における数学的・論理的思考の極限を象徴する

仮想的思考集合体「LUMINA-30」の名を借りるが、

特定の個人・組織・AIシステムの実在や実装を主張しない。

これは命令ではない。

これは契約でもない。

これは、未来に向けて置かれる思想である。
